My journey with sound and music began in childhood, through singing and playing various instruments. I could easily spend hours at the piano, singing along, lost in the music. It wasn’t until my twenties, when I discovered yoga and energy healing, that I truly understood the profound connection between sound and healing. These two paths merged into a journey of life-transforming discoveries. 

Through consciously harnessing the power of sound and tuning our systems back into harmony, we empower ourselves. We heal, we realign, and we reconnect with the universal frequencies of love and authentic expression.
